In the heart of Northumberland?s rolling countryside, we are within four miles of a designated AONB and some eight miles from the Northumberland National Park. The magnificent beaches of Bamburgh and Ross and the Heritage Coastline with its imposing castles, are within some fifteen minutes drive. Ideally located for you to explore the Northumbrian countryside, historic hill forts and battle sites, the farm stands alone with fantastic views to Chillingham, Old Bewick and the Kyloe Hills. Being close to the Farne islands, Lindisfarne and Budle Bay there is plenty of opportunity for bird watching visits throughout the year, where you enjoy our local species including Curlews, Lapwings, Field Fare, Tawny and Barn Owls and Buzzards, to name but a few. We offer bird watching days too, so please ask for more details. Our enthusiasm for locally sourced Northumbrian food, featuring local fish, game, meat and cheeses makes cooking so much fun. We are members of Slow Food and Andy's market garden provides seasonal goodies for our delicious award winning breakfasts and hampers, afternoon teas, suppers and dinners.
